Chai Kuih - Savoury
This is something my parents was making when we were small and they could made 100 -200pcs a day using "hands"... if you know how it is made, then you will understand. The dough really needs a pair of "heat resistant hands" ... taste good. Now that I inherited the recipe, I have used this recipe for the past 10 years. Believe it or not... my 3 boys can easily eat 10 to 12pcs each at one go for breakfast or tea break... one after another...
