2. self collect or you deliver with charges
3. price of cake.

Not bad. Finally you are doing what you are good at -- baking and cooking. What are the prices, say, per dozen or per KG or per bottle or per box? What area do you deliver and how fast? How to order?
Hm, I tried the puffs before, tasted really good. Maybe you can consider selling them at Judy Sushi corner.
By the way, how long can the puffs be kept? Refrigerated?
