What a great day at the Campus... with the dances and the singing. All of them are the potentials and the Future somebody.It's FUN and makes you think of the old, old days... gone are the days.. I took some pictures and will post it soon. Response and Sales was very good..Have a great weekend.

Awesome Possum Bazaar - Subang square

Great news, great Experience.... 1st first time joining this type of event... busy day on 4th and 5th July but Worth the effort eventhough was Very tired. 1st day(4th July) managed to finished 50pcs cream puffs, 100pcs cupcakes(plain butter,double chocolate n carrot cupcakes with cream cheese toppings), 72 pcs cheese tartlets... I just made this much and did not expect the sales... finished at abt 2pm plus and finally finally decide to go back at 3pm coz the black soybean taufofa and longan jelly was not very popular. It's just too sad .... the Nutritious and smooth and silky taufofa did not make its way to the young ones heart. Guess what... the black soy has anti aging , slimming , healing and etc, etc"power" ... do go to nutritional facts for black soybean for more info. Esther and Florence was there helping me at the booth. But on the 2nd day I doubled my supplies ...it was almost done abt the same time ... so at 3pm I decided to pack and leave and go for our LUNCH(very hungery-grrrrrhhhh) with Kathryn and her son at SS14. After lunch I adjourned home to have a nap But again my taufofa supporters (the Siow's family n others) went to the Bazaar at 4 plus only to find out that Aunty Oileng has gone home..sorrylah, you can call 1 day ahead , anytime to place orders for the next day... I am making about 80 bowls each day(except Sat n Sun) to supply to my distributors and gualingguo too. Will entertain special request for Sat and Sun. I do home/office delivery around in Subang area too..*minimum orders apply for delivery*. Another Blessings is Yong Fern and Diana came all the after their tired legs and a tiring day at Ikea ... they came to "sapu" all my cupcakes abt 30pcs (which I intend to keep it for my kindy teachers and my business assocites as samples) Blessings, blessings... hold on, more pictures will be posted soooooon. My Vintage Delights kitchen is getting busier nowadays... not to worry - with ALL the modern gadgets to help it has make my working so much Faster now...that is why I can finish my 80 , 90 or even 100 bowls in such a short time.. I am so excited with this blog ... it reminds me of my old times - where I use to write down in my dairy everynight to record my daily events/beautiful memories (those were the days).. NOW it's so Easy and I did not realise until I set up this blog. Well, after all these yrs, I am catching up with what I had left behind... I am enjoying evey minute in what I am doing... remember to Cook and Bake with LOVE and it will taste Better... to those who have tasted and tested Aunty Oileng's finished products... These are the 2 ingredients added... to mothers and beautiful ladies and cooks remember - don't miss this 2 ingredients... OK?...
